Ingredients for tortilla:
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: ½ tablespoon
- Water: ½ cup
- Milk: ½ cup
- oil: 2-3 tablespoons
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Onion chopped:
- Tomato chopped: 1small size
- Capsicum chopped: 1
- Boiled potato: 1
- Mayonnaise: 1-2 tablespoons
- Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Chilli sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup: 2-3 tablespoons
- Mozzarella Cheese: as per need
Steps to follow:
- Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl.
- Add sugar and salt to it
- Then add milk and water one by one
- Mix it well and make a dough with thin consistency
- Heat the pan
- Then start making tortillas on a very low flame
- Cook each side for at least 2-3 minutes
Steps to follow:
- Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan
- Add garlic paste to it and fry until golden brown
- Add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes
- add capsicum and tomatoes to it
- Then add boiled potatoes to it
- Then add mayonnaise, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar & ketchup to it and give it a good mix
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes
- Take a tortilla and spread some ketchup on it
- Add the filling and roll it
- Then cut those wraps into small rolls
- Place all the rolls on the baking tray, top them with cheese, tomatoes, capsicum
- Now put it in a pan and cover to bake until the cheese melts
Serving:
Serve it with garlic ketchup or any dipping sauce
Protips:
- You can replace ketchup with pizza sauce
- You can replace chicken with potatoes
- Never cook tortilla on a high flame
